There’s no concept of “your” or “my” tasks in our company. Whether it’s a small team or all the masters collectively, we work towards a common result: satisfied clients and comfortable work environment, so that everyone can and wants to make the company better.

For me, it is very valuable to collaborate with motivated and purpose-driven people. Even though our personal meetings are infrequent, they are always special and filled with shared energy and inspiration.

Being a master means continually improving the quality of your work to achieve even higher results.

It’s not just about knowledge, but also about skills that bring direct benefits and significant impact towards achieving a common goal.

Being a master means having the freedom to act with confidence, because you are trusted as an expert in your field.

At the same time, it entails being responsible for the decisions you make and their outcomes. Such trust motivates and inspires continual development. Working among like-minded individuals and professionals fosters the exchange of knowledge and experience, leading to innovation and technical progress for the team, product, and company.

Being a master isn’t just a title or position; it embodies responsibility, skill, and collaboration in every project.

We are accountable for the success of projects, investing our full focus, expertise, and effort into them. We always support each other, and there’s no shame in saying “I don’t know” or asking for help when needed. It’s about healthy team relationships, balancing work, sports, and relaxation! It’s also about small traditions, such as tea ceremonies within the team.

I love what I do and find excitement in it. It’s important to me that my tasks are meaningful and my contributions add value to our projects. This dedication brings me satisfaction, knowing I’m making a positive impact on the product. That feeling fuels my enthusiasm and motivation.

We share knowledge, provide constructive feedback, and help each other develop professional skills. In our team, there is no probationary period. We believe in everyone’s potential. We foster an atmosphere of mutual support, trust, and openness, where everyone can feel comfortable. Being a Master is a great responsibility but also an incredibly cool adventure!

This means staying informed about the latest developments in artificial intelligence.

We recently held an exciting ChatGPT challenge, which was really beneficial as it helped everyone explore and test the new capabilities of this emerging technology. Additionally, we have AI Corner – a special chat for exchanging the latest news and ideas about Generative AI. This commitment keeps us at the forefront of AI development.

Being a master means working with like-minded individuals where there is respect and a willingness to share experiences.

Any work challenges or difficulties are easier and more interesting to solve in the company of like-minded individuals. This is why teams thrive in an atmosphere of respect; everyone knows they can rely on the expertise of other masters. Our established practice of mentorship and professional communities encourages me to share my own experiences with other teams and projects.
