Business Analyst (Products)
Details- 2+ years of solid experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry
- Experience in using requirements management tools (Notion, JIRA, Figma)
- Proficient in writing functional and non-functional requirements, diagrams, and user stories
- Roadmap identification and features/backlog prioritization together with other Business Analysts, Scrum Master, Product Manager, and other key stakeholders.
- Being self-independent and proactive
- Experience in working within Scrum teams
- Having strong communication skills
- Nice to have experience with the e-commerce domain
- Intermediate English

Head of Digital Marketing
Details- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, at least 3+ years of experience in marketing IT outsourcing services
- Proven experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
- In-depth knowledge of different digital marketing channels and how get a maximum ROI from them
- Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices
- Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and usage of CRMs for marketing campaigns
- Understanding the web design process and how to effectively solve digital marketing needs through that
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Be a hands on writer and have a passion for building “stories” that the audience needs and buys
- Strong team management skills, including servant leadership
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills

- Solid experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks (SCRUM, Kanban)
- Strong experience in risk management
- Understanding the SDLC specifics (We do not expect the PM to have a developer background. But we expect him/her to understand the project architecture/tech risks on a good level so that is able to make the project decisions together with the team.)
- Experience with enterprise grade projects
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent in stakeholders management and conflict resolutions
- Business ethical attitude
