Quality Assurance Lead

- Lead a team of 5+ QA testers, fostering a collaborative and efficient environment within 3 subteams
- Play a key role in shaping the overall QA strategy of the project
- Lead the team through transformative processes on the project. Be the QA team's advocate in front of the client, explaining the testing and delivery processes established in the MoC at the same time ensuring the client orientation approach
- Propose and implement solutions to improve QA processes on the project
- Facilitate task assignment and workload management for the QA team to ensure on-time testing completion
- Collaborate with QA automation engineers to discuss priorities, plan future work, and present high-level automation progress to the client
- Establish quality metrics and track them to identify areas for improvement
- Foster seamless collaboration with business analysts, product owners, and developers
- Take responsibility and bring value to the quality and success of a product
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in QA tools and methodologies
