Java Solution Architect
- Experience: 7+ years
- English Level: Upper-Intermediate
- Location: Europe remote
- Experience in start-up; fast-paced environment
- 7+ years of software architecture and engineering experience, with strong proficiency in Java
- AWS services expertise (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, EKS, ECS, etc.). Familiarity with cloud security best practices
- Expertise in designing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines for Java and JS applications
- Solid understanding of Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Data, etc.)
- Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimization
- Hands-on experience leading and implementing large-scale, resilient projects
- Experience managing and advocating for customer issues or needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both business and technical presentations
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency
