- Bachelor or Master’s degree in any field

People Strategy & Execution: Define and implement HR strategies that drive high performance, employee engagement, and a positive workplace culture.

Talent Development & Performance: Guide talent management efforts, including performance reviews, succession planning, and career development, to nurture and develop Masters within the company.

Collaboration on Key Talent Initiatives:
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers, Project Managers, and Managers on Masters', promoting balanced, people-focused, and business-effective solutions.
- Partner with Learning & Development to support Masters’ growth in line with the competence matrix and project needs.
- Work closely with the Employer Brand Team to uphold and communicate our company culture.
- Coordinate with the People Operations Manager on HRMS systems and Masters' vacation and sick leave management.
- Engage with the Director of Delivery Operations on the allocation of Masters to projects.
- Support the Business Continuity efforts, handling legal cases under martial law when required.
- Collaborate with Recruitment on hiring and integrating new Masters smoothly within the organizational structure.

Employee Relations & Support: Foster strong, trust-based relationships across the organization, offering guidance, mediation, and support to managers and Masters on people-related issues and conflict resolution.

HR Operations & Compliance: Drive HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and compliance with employment regulations, to ensure efficient and compliant HR operations.

Business & Relationship Building: Leverage strong communication and interpersonal skills to build a network of relationships, supporting cross-departmental teamwork and a collaborative culture.

HR Best Practices: Stay updated on and implement HRM best practices specific to the IT industry, providing thought leadership on people practices and market trends.
